Sian Wade AIDTA
(Bt, Anat.Dip), BA (Hons) Dance Ed.


Sian has 19 years experience in teaching dance, and has taught at Morley College and Chelsea Ballet in London, and the University of Bristol.  In 2008 she formed Ballet Bristol, a community performing group, and later Ballet Bristol Studios with classes aimed at adult dancers.

Fully qualified; Sian gained Distinction in her teaching exams with the International Dance Teachers' Association, and in 2019 graduated with a first class Degree in Dance Education from the Royal Academy of Dance.  She is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique teacher and a Silver Swans Licensee.  


Sian's dance teaching practice emphasises a student centred approach where each dancer is supported in an environment in which they can reach their full potential, gain confidence in their individual expression, progress in correct technique, and enjoy dance.  Sian holds Enhanced DBS clearance,  Insurance and First Aid Training. 07871 772 335
